Service Project, Please Get Involved

Grammy’s Cookie Convoy is ready to roll again!!!

The NWHC Aggie Moms club has once again agreed to be involved in "The Soldier Project". With your help we can make this important service project a success. " Grammy" is ready to start sending cookies to our troops. We are collecting 4x6 cards to go in a shipment during February.

The guidelines are fairly simple:
The cards need to be approximately 4x6 in size with messages of support
to let our troops know we are thinking of them. All of the notes you sent last time were super. A verse from the bible or an encouraging word is great. Sign first name only and your organization. Pictures of the flag, cross,

etc. are also great.

The cards will be collected at the January General Meeting on January 8th. If you forget to return them to me, would you please put them in an envelope and mail them to my home? Any amount would be appreciated and the need is great as Marlene has shipped up to 10,000 boxes of cookies at a time. When she can not arrange a military transport she uses priority mail. If you wish to see their web site or make a donation or just buy some cookies for your home, their web site is:

Thanks so much for your help with this project. We are truly helping the soldiers who are away from home.
